I wanted to take this opportunity to sing the prais​es of your Center and of the two people working the day I was there for my stem cell collection - "M" mostly took care of me. She was AWESOME!

They both were.

My experience couldn't have gone any better or smoother. They were both so nice, so patient, so calm (which kept me calm --- as I was extremely nervous upon my arrival). The unknown can be so scary. They couldn't have been any more accommodating, efficient & professional. It was obvious to both myself and my husband they both love their jobs and are very, very good at it. You have two gems in those women. I hope you reward and take care of them, as you should do whatever you can to hang onto them.

It was truly a remarkable process to have been a part of.....in many, many ways. I felt honored to be a part of such a wonderful process/program. I told my husband after having gone through my experience, that I plan on being an advocate in my own way, for the stem cell/bone marrow program.

If anyone should ever ask if they can talk to someone who has gone through the stem cell collection, please feel free to give out my cell number, I'd be happy to talk to them. I myself thought about asking if there was someone I could talk to before I went for the collection.
